Our Standards

People, not profit
Sarum Solar is a co-operative. In other words: the business is owned and managed by it's employees. This means that every person in the company has a stake in its reputation and success. It also means that there are no external shareholders creaming off profits. To read more about co-opearative principles, click here.

Honesty
During our site surveys we often come across houses that have sub-standard thermal instulation. 270mm of loft insulation will do far more for the environment than a solar thermal system installed by us. Recommending that the customer should consider spending money on instulation before buying from us makes no business sense, but to us it seems the right thing to do.

Considerate purchasing
